Two ways to track

Simple mode just records the placement. Advanced mode moves the quantity into a Shopify Location dedicated to that partner, so your general stock reflects reality.

Restocks that arrive as requests

When a partner runs low they raise a request from the portal. You approve it and it becomes the next placement.

Consolidated view for your team

A master panel shows every partner side by side — what is placed, what sold, what is pending — and exports sales to CSV.

How it works

Live in three steps

From install to your first placed product without leaving Shopify.

  1. Step 01

    Register the partner

    Name, contact and commission. PlaceStock issues the partner’s own login for the portal.

  2. Step 02

    Place the products

    Pick items from your Shopify catalog, set quantities and the delivery date. In advanced mode the stock moves to that partner’s Location.

  3. Step 03

    Follow the sell-through

    Partners record sales and request restocks; you settle commissions and pull back what is not moving.
